Ways in which a lioness/goddess can care for herself physically

This week I will list four ways a lioness/goddess can care for herself physically. The most obvious and effective form of physical care is getting physically active. It can be going to the gym or exercising at home. Also, you can take daily walks with your dog around your neighborhood. Getting active helps keep your body looking and feeling good inside and out.

Keeping up with your physical appearance is another way of physical care. Getting your hair done, getting a manicure/pedicure, shopping for nice clothes and dressing up every so often helps build your self-esteem which makes you feel good about yourself. They don’t say “if you look good, you feel good” for no reason. So go ahead and pamper yourself. You deserve it!

“You are what you eat”

Another form of physical care is nurturing your body with foods that gives life and energy. “You are what you eat”, so make sure you eat things full of life, nutrients, and positive energy. We all fall into the temptations of greasy, sweet foods but if you remain strong in your decisions and discipline yourself, you will maintain eating healthier. The more you eat healthier, the more it will show in your psychical appearance; you will have plenty of energy.

Okay, time for the deep stuff. This way of physical care might be one of the hardest kind but one of the most important ways: cutting out bad habits that negatively affects our bodies. This can be anything from smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, having multiple sex partners, (yes I said it), or even having too much sex. We all have guilty pleasures but we need to practice self-discipline if we want to exercise physical self-care and any self-care at that. Often, we are partaking in activities that do our bodies more harm than good. These four ways a lioness/goddess can care for herself physically will help advance your physical health and also help you love yourself even more.
